He is a trusted advisor to governments and multinationals on achieving Net Zero targets and embedding sustainability into global supply chains.

  • Suneet Shivaprasad

    Chief Technology Officer

    Recognised by Climate Insider as one of the top 3 CTOs advancing climate action globally, Suneet is a co-founder at Rare Earth. With over 10 years in data driven roles he has managed the development of Rare Earth’s supply chain platform and its ground breaking crop optimisation programme.

    Suneet has co-authored several of the world leading research papers on hemp products and ingredient/material integration. He takes the lead on the company’s research and development activities across the animal feed, construction and energy industries. He also lectures and keynotes at leading climate events such as Innovation Zero, Sustainable Aquaculture Summit and Cambridge University.

  • Stephen Wong

    Chief Operating Officer

    Stephen draws upon his project management, food manufacturing and accounting experience as COO. He built the first-of-its-kind operating model for scaling the supply of hemp to meet industrial scale orders. The impact was recognised with a nomination by the Nature Conservancy for Prince William’s Earthshot Prize.

    He entered the industrial hemp sector with Rare Earth to develop the company’s international network, developing its footprint from a standing start to 600+ hectares of land across several jurisdictions (Europe, Asia and South America). He has over a decade’s experience managing transactions of up to US$30 million for high growth companies.

    Markus is a globally influential chairman and strategic advisor recognised for steering multi-billion-dollar enterprises (including a $520 million animal feed exit as Managing Director). Founder of an international investment and advisory firm, he drives innovation in ag-tech, novel proteins and supply chain efficiencies.

    Alex is an experienced agri-business consultant with 18 years’ expertise advising some of the largest and most progressive farming enterprises. A former Director at Savills, he has worked with over 50 farming groups, collectively managing more than 40,000 hectares of farmland. He also leads due diligence on natural capital acquisitions for family offices as well as PE and sovereign funds.

    Alex collaborates with the National Farmers’ Union on strategic initiatives and policy, with a particular focus on sustainable agriculture and climate resilience. He is a leading advocate for industrial hemp, identifying it as one of the most effective and commercially viable tools for industrial decarbonisation. Alex’s insight bridges practical farm management, environmental impact reduction and natural capital deployment.

    Sean and Karen are seasoned executives renowned for transforming FAI Automotive into a manufacturing powerhouse. Under their stewardship, FAI expanded its product portfolio to over 30,000 part numbers across 37 product lines, establishing a presence in multiple international markets, developing a reliable supply and provision of parts globally.

    Recognised for exceptional growth, the company received the Queen’s Award for International Trade. In 2021, FAI was acquired by Motus Aftermarket Parts, marking a successful exit and positioning the company for continued global expansion. Prior to his tenure at FAI, Sean was a competitive racing driver, competing in the British Touring Car Championship.
